It was a special joy to help SARA AND MIRKO plan their wedding in the neighboring forests of the Seattle area. This active couple loves the outdoors and animals, thus wanting their ultimate celebration to include both. The plan for their wedding was to also include these special qualities while surrounded by family and friends. Wallace Falls Lodge was chosen because it could accomodate the three day family celebration while being close enough for guests and friends to attend on the wedding day.

Nestled in a thick outcropping of trees on the lodge's property, Sara and Mirko exchanged vows in the presence of family, friends and Odin, their ringbearer and ever present mastiff. Everyone dined and danced under a tent adjacent to the main lodge.  A succulent dinner was artistically presented and served buffet style in the small cabin next to the lodge.  The unique "cupcake stand" and the very creative wood/floral centerpieces were the handiwork of Lola Flowers.
