You're busy with your careers and daily life.  Time is limited. Your wedding planning started off as a wonderful journey to travel together and to share together. Let's imagine you have done all of the tedious work of securing some of the services you need, but are overwhelmed by how much more you need to do. This is the package for you.  It is customized to meet your needs, while still giving you the opportunities to make choices about your wedding day.

For example,  you have your ceremony and reception venues, your caterer, your officiant, photographer, DJ, and wedding attire selected, but the process has become overwhelming. If you need someone to step in and pick up where you left off, this is the option for you.  
This service is customized to meet your needs while also taking a lot of the stress off your shoulders.
 

SIGNATURE ROMANCE is our “Partial Planning” service which starts six (6) months before you walk down the aisle.                                              

 

This PACKAGE includes:

Pre-Wedding Day services            

8 (1 hour each) Review Consultations about your remaing wedding services needs.                  

• Our identifying vendors for your remaining needed services, based on availability, and your budget points.

• We will review and fine tune...your Ceremony and Reception visions and plans                                                      

• We will communicate with and work your previously contracted vendors.                                                              

• Have Designated "Friends Help". We will organize them and train them (if needed) for their assigned roles. 

• We will coordinate the placement of your printed materials during the ceremony and reception.

• We will help you with your guests' seating arrangements.

• We will review with you the related ceremony and reception logistics to fulfill your vision.                                  

• We will create and distribute your wedding day schedules to all vendors/participants.                                                                                                                ​

Our In-Person Services:

•  We'll be there and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal or assist your officiant as needed.

• We are definitely your "Wedding Day Contact Person."  You're busy focusing on each other.

•  Leave the ceremony coordination and reception coordination, per your plans, to us. 

• “Day of” On-site Trouble Shooting? We got that covered!   Your job is to focus on each other!
